They have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Parts Logistics and Operations, Customer Support to join their team. This position is well-suited to a strategic, customer-focused operational leader who is looking to drive commercial spare parts growth while optimising end-to-end logistics performance across a regional operation.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute end-to-end spare parts logistics strategies (procurement, warehousing, distribution, inventory optimisation).
* Lead, mentor and performance-manage logistics teams and Spare Parts Specialists with accountability for sales growth.
* Drive improvements in fill rate, inventory turns, service levels, and obsolescence management.
* Oversee supplier performance, vendor relationships, and SLA adherence.
* Own budget management, forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting.
* Partner cross-functionally with Service Operations and Sales to align commercial growth strategies.

Requirements:
* 10-15+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or aftermarket support.
* 5-7+ years in senior leadership managing multi-site or global operations.
* Proven expertise in spare parts lifecycle management, planning & distribution, and SLA management.
* Strong commercial leadership with accountability for spare parts sales growth.
* Experience managing budgets and driving data-led operational improvements.
* Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance cost, speed, and quality.
