Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on mild steel of various thicknesses.
Read and interpret engineering drawings with minimal guidance.
Carry out fitting tasks, including component alignment, shaft fitting, and drive fitting.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail in every task.
Adhere to all relevant safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:Proven experience in MIG welding, particularly with mild steel.
Ability to interpret and follow engineering drawings accurately.
Competence in fitting and aligning components (shaft and drive fitting, etc.).
Strong awareness of safety standards and practices in the workplace.
