Electrician
Position: Industrial Electrician
Salary: £28-30 per hour
Location: Rugby
Proactive are currently recruiting for an Industrial Electrician in Rugby to start work immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing project with further requirements expected in the coming weeks.
As an Industrial Electrician, you'll be a key part of the installation team, working on industrial machinery and conveyor systems within a fast-paced engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
· Wiring and installation of conveyors and industrial machinery
· Carrying out electrical installations to specification and industry standards
· Testing and inspection of electrical systems
· Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation
· Working safely and efficiently on industrial projects
· Collaborating with site teams to meet project deadlines
Personal skills:
· Proven industrial electrical experience
· Gold Card essential
· City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) required
· Experience with machinery and conveyor installations
· Ability to read and work from technical drawings
· Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
· Good communication skills and commitment to health and safety
