Electrician
Role: Electrician / Panel Wirer
Rate: £25.00ph - £26.00ph (LTD or CIS Available)
Location: Letchworth
Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm
Proactive are currently recruiting for skilled Electricians in Letchworth to start work immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance control panels for all industries. You will be working as part of a wider team delivering projects to meet production targets, offering ample opportunity for progression and development.
Our client requires candidates who have control panel experience and previous experience working within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Electrical installation and commissioning
- Wiring of control panels
- Tests, quality checks and inspection
- Reading and understanding electrical wiring diagrams
- Candidates must have ECS Gold Card or JIB Gold Card and 18th edition wiring regulations certification
- Ability to work to production deadlines
- To ensure products are built to the required quality standard
- Adherence to Health & Safety standards
- Responsible for keeping a safe and efficient workspace
Skills & Experience
- Electrical experience
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Strong communication and team working skills
- High regard for Health and Safety
- Time served apprenticeship preferred electrical basis
