The client specialises in the warehouse management and supply chain software industry, and is known for delivering practical WMS implementation solutions and working closely with customers to improve operations. They have a great opportunity for a Business Consultant (WMS Implementation) to join their team. This position is well-suited to a proactive, hands-on person who is looking to lead customer projects, drive successful system implementations, and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of WMS solutions at customer locations.
• Analyse customer processes and translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Configure, validate, and support WMS functionalities based on operational requirements.
• Deliver training and guidance to key users and stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, risks, communication, and overall project delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience with WMS, logistics, or supply chain software implementations.
• Background in project management and customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to map business processes into system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site; Dutch is preferred and strong English is required.
