Project Manager (WMS Implementations) - offering hybrid working, professional growth opportunities, and impactful logistics technology projects.

The employer specialises in the logistics technology industry, and is known for delivering advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions that help organisations optimise operations and scale their supply chains. They offer a collaborative international working environment and exciting projects with leading customers across the Netherlands. They have a great opportunity for a Project Manager (WMS Implementations) to join their team. This position is well-suited to a structured and solution-oriented person who is looking to lead complex customer implementation projects and make a real impact within supply chain operations. This position is based in the Project Delivery department and answers to the Senior Management Team. You will manage end-to-end WMS implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end implementation projects for WMS solutions across multiple customers.

* Define and control project scope, planning, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

* Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

* Coordinate consultants, developers, and customer stakeholders throughout project delivery.

* Act as the main point of contact for customers during project execution.

* Facilitate workshops, progress reviews, and steering committee meetings.

* Ensure clear reporting, communication, and documentation across all stakeholders.

* Drive issue resolution and support continuous improvement of project methodologies.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within software implementation or IT projects.

* Proven experience managing customer-facing projects.

* Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

* Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Willingness to travel to customer sites across the Netherlands when required.

* Ability to work at least 3 days per week from the Gorinchem office .

* Fluent in Dutch and English.
