Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Grinder to join our team in Gloucester (GL4). The successful candidate will be responsible for operating hand-held grinding machines to produce high-precision components in a safe and efficient manner. As a Grinder, you will work in a dynamic environment and ensure the quality of products meets the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate handheld grinders to meet production requirements.

• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience using handheld angle grinders in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of grinding processes, tools, and techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Good understanding of safety procedures and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills.

• Additional Information:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm

• Salary: Up to £20.50ph
