Our ideal candidate should be competent and accurate with data entry, have good numerical skills, and will be fully conversant with Microsoft office (and possibly business systems such as Epicor although full training will be given.)

The standard hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch, but for the right candidate we could be flexible around this.

Based on site in Shipley.

Customer Sales Representative Required Bedford

The position will see you responsible for inquiries (order status, stock availability, pricing, company policies, returns authorization processing, requests for documentation, etc). This is an office based role and ideal applicants will come with experience of working within a customer service based role and should enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Daily activities include:

Reviewing, entering and managing customer orders including handling customer calls and emails, routing appropriately.Responsible for inquiries (order status, stock availability, pricing, company policies, returns authorization processing, requests for documentation, etc.); investigating production scheduling, shipping and invoicing issues and assists in resolution where possible.Converting customer POs into the system quickly and efficiently.Reviews, enters and books orders according to order entry policies and procedures; proactively follows-up with customers to resolve order entry issues and escalate when necessary.Upselling products to customers

Qualifications/Skills:

Proven experience Customer Service based rolesProfessional demeanour; excellent phone skills, strong attention to detail, team player.Customer-first attitude a must; understands that the customer is the driving force behind all activity.Ability to work in a high volume environment with minimal supervision is required.Microsoft Office proficiency.Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.

Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Quality Compliance Manager to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.

Overview of the role:

 Lead, maintain and continually improve the company's quality management system

 Ensure ongoing compliance with customer, regulatory, and contractual quality requirements

 Act as main point of contact for regulatory and customer compliance (external) audits

 Lead and manage the internal audit programme, ensuring adherence to schedules and timely

closure of audit findings

 Develop, implement and maintain quality management system documentation (procedures,

works instructions, forms)

 Develop and deliver training to staff on internal quality processes, standards, and best

practices

 Support supplier surveillance activities including postal and site audits to ensure supplier

compliance to the company's requirements

 Manage the calibration process

 Communicate effectively & professionally with Customers, Suppliers & Colleagues.

Basic Requirements and Qualifications:

 Proven experience within a manufacturing quality environment

 Strong working knowledge of AS/EN9100 requirements

 Experience or knowledge of National Aviation regulations (CAA/EASA Part 21)

 Trained/Qualified Auditor (Lead/Internal Auditor)

 Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.

 Team player, enthusiastic with a positive 'can do' attitude.

 Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task & manage own time to meet required deadlines.
