The Client:
Our client is a global leader in intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions, delivering highly engineered, end-to-end systems across ASRS, shuttle systems, robotics, software and integrated material handling technologies.

With a strong global footprint and established presence across Asia, the business partners with major Tier 1 organisations across retail, eCommerce, FMCG and manufacturing sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales Manager - Logistics Solutions to be based in Malaysia/ Singapore to drive business development and deliver complex automation solutions across Malaysia and Indonesia.

Your Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development and manage a strong sales pipeline across target markets.
* Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close.
* Engage customers to understand operational needs and develop tailored automation solutions.
* Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design, proposals and costings.
* Lead presentations, workshops and commercial discussions with key stakeholders.
* Manage technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
* Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, delivery).
* Represent the business in the market and stay across industry trends and technologies.

About You:
You are a commercially astute, consultative sales professional who thrives in solution-led environments and enjoys working across technical and commercial stakeholders.

You Have:
* At least 5+ years' experience in sales within warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling or related industries.
* Proven track record managing end-to-end sales cycles for complex, high-value solutions.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, material flow and supply chain processes.
* Ability to engage and influence both technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and deal-closing capability.
* Experience collaborating with engineering teams on solution development.
* Ability to interpret technical concepts or drawings (AutoCAD exposure advantageous).
* Ideally, a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Applied Science or similar (or equivalent industry experience).
* A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to operate independently.
* Willingness to travel as required.

We are looking for an Experienced International Area Manager to drive commercial development and expand our client`s footprint in the assigned territory - South-East Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Moldova)

The role focuses on active prospecting of public and private clients, including:

Public transport operators, municipalities, and other public-sector organizationsFleet operators, leasing companies, and corporate transport providers

You will coordinate closely with a local agent/distributor representing our company, ensuring alignment on strategy, pipeline development, and sales execution, while reporting directly to the International Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and develop new business opportunities in the public and private sectorsManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation and contract closureIdentify customer needs with the aim of promoting the range of products produced by the companyExperience with public bids, rules and laws of procurement tenders, processes and analysis (ability to evaluate tender documents in detail and filter those which the company can participate in)Strong technical and product knowledge to explain in detail to potential customersCoordinate and support activities of the local agent/distributorDefine and execute regional commercial strategy in alignment with HQMonitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirementsPrepare structured reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updatesEnsure high standards of after-sales support through the local distributor/agent networkConduct regular visits to key customers and fleet operatorsSupport local marketing events, exhibitions and product demonstrationsCollect market and product feedback and report insights to HQ to support product improvements

Requirements:

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with CRM systems and reporting toolsAbility to analyze data, prepare forecasts, and generate structured commercial reports

In the current US business context, the need to develop and consolidate the Integrated Project Team (IPT) function for maintenance and after-sales assistance orders for automation systems installed at the main customers (Postal/Couriers/Airports). The Service Manager represents the "IPT Leader/PM Project manager" of the service order/project.Essential Functions

As IPT Leader/PM Project Manager of the assistance and maintenance order/project, the Service Manager

is involved in the commercial initiative, contributing to analyze the sustainability of the commitments, and assessing the level of risk of the service order already in the proposal phase,

interfaces with the end customer for the management of contractual warranty and post-warranty commitments, in close coordination with the other company functions involved (proposal & sales, supply project manager, after-sales department),

defines and keeps updated the program of the project/service initiative assigned to him,

takes charge of and manages the budget of the initiative throughout the life cycle of the order,

negotiates the commitments and plans the resources together with the referents of the technical functions involved (e.g., engineering, remote support department, logistics and spare parts department etc...)

monitors the progress and measures the quality of the results of the tasks assigned, in close coordination with the technical referents, also activating sub-supplies of outsourced products/services where necessary for the completion of the initiative,

periodically report with economics key data and progress of the project , updating the forecast to complete and highlighting possible emerging critical issues,

interfaces with accounting department, providing timely evidence of the data necessary for issuing and for the progress of invoices based on what is provided for by the company and the contract.

Technical Requirements:

Project management (Gantt, OBS/WBS, progress reports, estimates/final reports)

Service management (SLA management, KPI, bonus/malus and penalties for maintenance services)

Knowledge of FMECA / RAMS analysis

Management of spare parts lists, warehouse management logic (stock levels, reorder lots, supply lead times, etc.)

Knowledge of the OEE analysis and continuous improvement topics

Knowledge of Customer satisfaction measurement (e.g. CSAT, NPS, CES, …)

Microsoft Office applications

General requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering (with a focus on Automation)

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the maintenance of highly automated systems

Experience in project management / coordination of work groups

Experience in maintenance engineering / spare parts logistics

Experience in economic management of supply and/or maintenance orders

Experience in managing the contractual relationship with the end customer

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Familiarity with working in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments

Leadership skills

Negotiation skills
