The Client:
Our client is a globally recognised leader in intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions, delivering innovative, high-performance systems to some of the world's most recognised brands.

With a strong global footprint this reputable organisation is known for its premium automated products, modular systems and lifecycle services that deliver high availability and low total cost of ownership.

Their solutions span cube-based ASRS, autonomous robots, goods-to-person systems, and warehouse execution software - enabling clients across e-commerce, 3PL, FMCG, retail, pharma and manufacturing to scale efficiently and intelligently.

With a strong ANZ pipeline and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Manager - ANZ to lead new business growth across the region.

Your Responsibilities:

Drive new business growth across ANZ, with a strong focus on hunting, lead generation and conversion (90% new business).Manage selected key accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities across multiple industry sectors.Sell high-value, modular automation solutions including ASRS, autonomous mobile robots, goods-to-person systems and WES software.Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and qualification through to RFQs/RFPs, proposal, negotiation and close.Lead complex, medium to long sales cycles (up to 24 months) across projects ranging from $4M - $20M.Work closely with internal BDMs, Solution Design Engineers and Consultants to develop tailored, end-to-end solutions.Act as a product and solution champion, articulating technical capabilities to both commercial and technical stakeholders.Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

About You:
You are commercially driven, technically capable and thrive in a high-value, consultative sales environment where you can influence outcomes and win complex deals.

You Bring:

At least 5 years' experience in B2B solution sales within warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling or related industries.A strong track record of winning new business and closing high-value, project-based deals.Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.The ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value.Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and drive.Exposure to automation technologies (ASRS, robotics, AMRs, WES/WMS) is highly regarded.Engineering background (mechatronics/electrical) - advantageous, not essential.Willingness to travel interstate (4-5 trips per month).

The Client:
Our client is a globally recognised industrial technology and engineering organisation with a long-standing heritage (100+ years) in innovation and advanced manufacturing solutions.

Their manufacturing solutions division is a market leader in the design and delivery of bespoke automation systems, special purpose machinery and turnkey manufacturing solutions for a wide range of industries.

Backed by significant recent investment into a purpose-built manufacturing and automation facility in Melbourne, the organisation offers customers the ability to prototype, test and validate complex solutions prior to full-scale deployment - a key differentiator in the market.

With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth across multiple industries, they are now looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of the NSW region and drive new business across high-value, project-based solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
* Drive new business growth across NSW, with a strong focus on hunting, lead generation and conversion.
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with leadership.
* Identify and secure opportunities across FMCG, Food & Beverage, advanced manufacturing, MedTech, metals and renewable energy sectors.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
* Sell high-value, bespoke automation solutions including robotic cells, automated production lines and special purpose machinery.
* Work closely with internal Consultants and Design Engineers to develop tailored, technically robust end-to-end solutions.
* Lead commercial discussions including pricing, risk mitigation and contract negotiations (T&Cs).
* Maintain and manage pipeline activity through CRM (Salesforce).
* Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
* Manage and grow selected key accounts while maintaining a strong new business focus (90% hunting).

About You:
You are commercially intelligent, technically curious and thrive in an external, client-facing sales role where you can influence outcomes and close complex deals.

You Bring:
* Proven experience in B2B solution sales/ consulting within industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing integration or capital equipment.
* A strong track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
* Experience selling project-based solutions ($500K - $1M+).
* The ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels and translate technical requirements into commercial solutions.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, including contract and T&C management.
* Exposure to automation technologies such as robotics, special purpose machinery or production systems.
* A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage a large territory.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* An engineering, mechatronics or electrical background (advantageous, not essential).
* Current Australian drivers licence with some interstate travel as needed (not extensive)
* Remote working: WFH if not visiting clients.

The Role
We're looking for a Controls Support Engineer to join a highly automated, state-of-the-art facility in Western Sydney.

This is a hands-on role supporting complex automation and control systems, where you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and driving long-term improvements to keep operations running efficiently.

You'll work closely with on-site teams and global support functions, acting as the go-to for technical issues across software and control systems.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve control system and software issues

Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes

Support automated material handling systems in a live environment

Log and manage incidents through internal systems

Work collaboratively with engineering and support teams

About You
Experience working with automation, controls, or industrial systems

Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability

Exposure to PLC / control systems / software environments

Knowledge of tools such as SQL, C++, C#, Java or similar (desirable)

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, ELK) is advantageous

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment

Strong communication skills and team mindset

Full working rights in Australia

Working Hours
Monday to Friday onsite

Rotating hours between 5:00am - 9:00pm

Weekend on-call rotation required
