The employer specialises in the warehouse automation and intralogistics industry, delivering fully automated storage solutions including pallet shuttles, tote shuttles, AMRs, conveyors, and lifts. They are an innovative and rapidly growing automation provider with multimillion-dollar projects across North America and strong partnerships with leading system integrators. They have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. This position is well-suited to a highly organized, proactive leader who is looking to take ownership of complex, high-value automation projects from concept through commissioning.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the single point of contact for integrator customers throughout the full project lifecycle
* Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and material timelines
* Proactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders
* Issue purchase orders and coordinate with engineering and supply chain for transport planning
* Oversee site surveys to confirm building specifications
* Secure and manage installation contractors and support commissioning activities
* Initiate change orders and milestone invoicing (SAP)
* Monitor project spend and escalate risks as needed
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience managing multimillion-dollar custom warehouse or automation projects
* Ability to travel 30-75% across North America
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree and/or PMP certification preferred
* SAP knowledge beneficial

They have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join their growing US operation. This role is well-suited to a hands-on, safety-focused leader who is looking to take ownership of on-site project execution and deliver complex installations successfully.
This position sits within the Project Delivery / Site Operations department and reports to the Project Manager. You will oversee all on-site activities during the assembly and construction phase of racking and automated storage systems, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
Responsibilities:
Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance
* Ensure all on-site activities are carried out safely and in line with company QSHE standards
* Enforce project-specific safety plans and compliance with OSHA/OHSA regulations
* Promote a culture of Lean working and continuous improvement
* Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment at all times
Project & Site Management
* Support Project Managers and Project Engineers with overall project execution
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractor personnel on site
* Lead daily, weekly, and monthly site coordination and activity planning
* Review and discuss drawings and technical documentation with subcontractors and foremen
* Monitor project progress, quality, and costs, initiating corrective actions where required
* Identify project risks early and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
* Manage on-site material receiving and equipment certification
* Track potential delays and proactively mitigate schedule risks
* Maintain adherence to project budgets and timelines
* Take ownership of site performance and results
Administration & Reporting
* Provide accurate and timely reports to management
* Review and analyse bills of materials
* Ensure all project documentation is current, accurate, and properly archived
* Track variations, claims, and delays in line with contract agreements
* Communicate any project changes from clients or subcontractors to the Project Manager
Training & Development
* Conduct on-site safety training and toolbox talks
* Share technical expertise with project and engineering teams
* Participate in internal training programs as required
* Continuously develop and maintain relevant technical knowledge and leadership skills
Requirements:
* Experience managing on-site installation or construction activities within racking, warehouse automation, or material handling environments
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance requirements
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multi-discipline teams
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required

They have an exciting opportunity for a Commissioning Engineer to join their team. This position is well-suited to a technically driven, hands-on problem solver who is looking to play a key role in bringing complex automation projects to life at customer sites.
This position sits within the Engineering / Commissioning department and reports to the Commissioning Manager / Engineering Lead. You will be responsible for commissioning automated warehouse systems, integrating them into customer operations and supporting go-live and after-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
* Commission complete automated warehouse systems from preparation through go-live and final sign-off
* Configure, test, and troubleshoot PLC software, electrical and mechanical systems
* Integrate warehouse automation solutions with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and customer IT environments
* Carry out on-site and remote troubleshooting during commissioning, go-live, and service interventions
* Work with conveyors, lifts, sensors, safety devices, and communication protocols
* Deliver technical documentation, commissioning reports, and operating procedures
* Train integrators, customer maintenance teams, and operational staff
* Identify technical challenges and provide system optimization recommendations
* Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
* Identify and report potential service and commercial opportunities at customer sites
* Remain flexible with work schedules, including adjusted workweeks (e.g., Friday-Tuesday) when required
Requirements:
* Experience commissioning or installing automated systems within material handling, automation, or robotics environments
* Strong understanding of electromechanical and automated systems
* Experience or exposure to PLC programming, VFD configuration, and conveyor systems
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, or Controls preferred)
* Comfortable working at heights, in cold storage environments, and at customer sites
* Affinity with programming languages and command-line interfaces is an advantage
* Willingness to travel extensively across the US and Canada
