The Client:
Our client is a global leader in intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions, delivering highly engineered, end-to-end systems across ASRS, shuttle systems, robotics, software and integrated material handling technologies.

With a strong global footprint and established presence across Asia, the business partners with major Tier 1 organisations across retail, eCommerce, FMCG and manufacturing sectors.
Due to continued regional growth and strategic expansion, they are now seeking a Regional Head of Logistics Solutions (East Asia) to be based in Singapore, leading commercial and operational performance across multiple key markets.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of regional strategy, driving growth, profitability and market expansion across East Asia.
* Take ownership of regional P&L, budgets and commercial performance across Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
* Build, lead and mentor high-performing cross-country teams, establishing strong governance, KPIs and best-practice processes.
* Drive key account strategy, partnerships and new market entry initiatives across the region.
* Collaborate closely with project delivery, engineering, operations and legal teams to ensure scalable solution design and successful execution.
* Act as a trusted advisor to major clients, developing long-term strategic relationships and representing the business at industry events.
* Oversee the delivery of full turnkey intralogistics solutions including warehouse automation, robotics, conveying systems, storage solutions and warehouse software platforms.

About You:
You are a commercially astute, empowering leader who enjoys operating in complex, multi-country environments and driving both people and business performance.

You have:
* A strong background in warehouse automation, intralogistics or material handling solutions.
* Proven leadership experience at least 5+ years managing regional or multi-country teams.
* Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
* The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across clients and internal teams.
* Experience delivering complex, high-value automation or capital equipment projects.
* A collaborative leadership style with strong cultural awareness across Asian markets.
* Ideally, a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
