£14-16 per hour | Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Malmesbury. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in MIG welding and have a solid understanding of engineering drawings and component fitting. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on mild steel of various thicknesses.
Read and interpret engineering drawings with minimal guidance.
Carry out fitting tasks, including component alignment, shaft fitting, and drive fitting.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail in every task.
Adhere to all relevant safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:Proven experience in MIG welding, particularly with mild steel.
Ability to interpret and follow engineering drawings accurately.
Competence in fitting and aligning components (shaft and drive fitting, etc.).
Strong awareness of safety standards and practices in the workplace.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:50 AM - 2:30 PM
Total weekly hours: 40 hours
Overtime Available: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate until 4:00 PM on Fridays, plus an additional 30 minutes every morning (4 hours total).
Pay:£14-16 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits:Immediate start available.

We're seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our production team - working to complete final assembly across our wide range of products with precision, care and efficiency.
Skills required:
Mechanical assembly & fitting - including of bearings, sprockets, gearboxes etc.Ability to read engineering drawings and technical diagramsOperation of hand and power toolsWorking to specified timescales and tolerancesAttention to detail and ability to spot quality issuesKnowledge of relevant safety standardsKeenness and interest to learn and develop within the roleA reasonable level of strength and fitness, as the role includes aspects of manual handling.Beneficial but not critical:
