Machine Operator Required to work manufacturing company based in Flitwick.
Location: Flitwick
Hours:
8am-8pm Rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday , Sunday.
Week 2 : Wednesday, Thursday.
Pay: £14.66 Holiday Accrued
Overview of the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.Conduct routine quality checks on products.Pack and prepare products for dispatch according to specifications.Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the production floor.Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.Candidate Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided..Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudePunctual and dependableIf you are interested, please send a copy of your CV to J.Raymond@proactiveglobal.com.

This is predominately a manual warehouse role with limited FLT driving (10%) and will involve some heavy lifting.

We are recruiting for experienced warehouse opertive on behalf of our client to support day-to-day operations within a busy and well-organised environment. This is a permanent, hands-on role that involves a high level of manual work, with limited forklift truck use.
The Role
Duties will include:
* Picking and packing orders for dispatch
* Manual unloading and hand balling of deliveries
* Producing dispatch paperwork and labels
* Liaising with transport companies to ensure daily collection targets are met
* Using handheld scanners to maintain high levels of accuracy
* Managing stock and preparing transfers for outbound deliveries
* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles by hand or using MHE
* Moving between departments as required (production, bulk, e-commerce)
This role involves heavy lifting and physical work.
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience
* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
* Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
