MEP Engineer - large-scale warehouse projects | international environment | career growth

They have a great opportunity for an MEP Engineer to join their team. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who wants to develop within complex, large-scale construction and engineering projects.

This role sits within the Engineering/Projects team and focuses on the design, coordination, and execution of MEP systems across the full project lifecycle - from design through construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing across warehouse construction projectsReview and validate technical designs, drawings, and contractor submissionsSupport construction phase activities including site coordination, technical troubleshooting, and quality controlCollaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated project deliveryMonitor project progress, identify technical issues, and support commissioning and handover of MEP systems

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent experience)Experience in industrial or warehouse construction projects preferredStrong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and fire safetyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong coordination skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teamsFluent English; additional European languages are a plus

This position is well-suited to a proactive and detail-oriented person who is looking to develop within complex, large-scale engineering projects.

This position is based in the Engineering/Projects department and reports to the Project Manager / Engineering Manager. You will manage electrical engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, support installation and commissioning, and ensure high-quality project delivery within scope and budget.
