The employer specialises in the industrial automation and robotics industry, and is a rapidly growing global innovator and a leader in cutting-edge warehouse automation solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for a Project Operations Director to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across procurement, project management, installation, and commissioning.
* Oversee full project lifecycle delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams.
* Establish governance, reporting standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in project operations, industrial automation, robotics, logistics, or similar industries.
* Proven leadership experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, supply chain, and field operations.
* Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
