Electro mechanical Assembly Technicians required for a leading specialist manufacturing business based near Alton. We are looking for experienced Technicians ideally with experience of hands on Electro mechanical production environments. Working in the assembly of a wide range of Parts and equipment including small parts, some fragile and specialist. We are looking for Assembly technicians who have a background of Assembly with a quality focus and and eye for detail.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn a skill and trade, be shown from the ground up and work across multiple departments.
Electro mechanical AssemblyWork to, read and interpret engineering drawingsSoldering, wiring and crimpingInjection mould experienceMechanical assemblyMonitor quality of the product packaging and packing whilst achieving targets and deadlines.The role will be working Monday to Friday Day shifts with early finish on a Friday!

Responsible for assuring product quality and packing of products for shipment. Use quality tools to support the team: audit inspection of finished goods, participation in defect identification and corrective actions teams, and maintaining quality levels consistent with Divisions goals.
Daily duties
Operation of production machinery safety and efficientlyInspect production for quality on assigned machines according to the Product Specification Sheets (PSS) and ensures parts meet specifications.Communicate with previous and following shift personnel to alert for quality and production related issues.Ensure all parts are packed according to the PSS, packing info and making sure proper weights are being utilised.Prepares packing materials and makes certain materials and labels meet specifications. Follows the ISO 9001:2008 / AS9100 Rev D system requirements to maintain the integrity of the system and our product.Works with the manufacturing and quality personnel of the team to identify suspected defects and works with the team to identify root causes and corrective actions.Maintains standards of cleanliness of the production area and general work area supporting a 5's environment.Supports team-oriented activities and demonstrates collaborative team interaction.
Required Skills
Highly self-motivated to learn and perform.Works with minimum supervisionGood standard of English, both written and verbalSkills necessary to operate as a team player.Verbal and written communication skills.Must lift up to 15-20 Kg's multiple times per day.
