Responsibilities:
● Lead and oversee all high-level project deliverables across construction and automation activities

Requirements:

Coordinate with vendors, fabrication partners, and internal stakeholders to manage design handoffs, changes, and deliverables.
Represent the electrical discipline in executive technical reviews, customer meetings, and cross-functional strategic discussions.
Strategic Growth & Innovation
Identify industry trends and drive evaluation, prototyping, and implementation of emerging electrical technologies.
Lead initiatives for design automation, BOM standardization, and internal tool development.
Contribute to long-term departmental planning, capability building, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Currently seeking two senior levels:
5-7 years of experience in industrial electrical design, preferably in automation or material handling or
8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, including lead roles in complex industrial automation projects.
Other Key Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical preferred (or similar software).
Working knowledge of UL, NEC, and IEC electrical code requirements.
Ability to read and produce schematics, layout drawings, and panel documentation.
Familiarity with VFDs, power supplies, terminal blocks, and industrial sensors.
Ability to travel up to 25%-35% for commissioning effort and support.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
