We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support an 8-week automation installation project at Amazon DZM1. The successful candidate will supervise a team of approximately 9-10 Electrical Fitters, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
This is a site-based supervisory role requiring strong electrical installation knowledge and prior experience in automation or material handling environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate a team of 9-10 Electrical FittersOversee electrical installation activities including containment, cabling, terminations, and associated automation systemsManage daily site activities, progress, and workforce coordinationEnsure compliance with drawings, specifications, and installation standardsLead toolbox talks and enforces site safety requirementsCoordinate with mechanical teams, project management, and client representativesMonitor quality, progress, and support issue resolution on siteSupport testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

About the Role:
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a utilities expansion program at their manufacturing site. The projects are currently at the feasibility and design stage, focusing primarily on refrigeration and wastewater systems. The ideal Project Manager will have the capability to manage the projects through the full life cycle, from design and planning to commissioning and closeout, while ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and CDM regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Manage the full project lifecycle from feasibility and design through to commissioning and handover.Oversee the refrigeration and wastewater expansion projects, ensuring technical, budgetary, and timeline objectives are met.Ensure compliance with CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations, coordinating with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to manage health and safety risks.Liaise with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and status reports.Track project costs and ensure efficient allocation of resources.Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing utilities/engineering projects in a manufacturing, or industrial environment.Ideally some experience with refrigeration systems and wastewater utilities projects.Knowledge and experience with CDM regulations and their application in design and construction phases.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.Desirable Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.Engineering background in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering

Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to join the operations team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of site activities - maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance while fostering strong working relationships with clients and team members.
As Site Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for day-to-day site management, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You'll lead by example, supporting and developing your team while ensuring every aspect of work meets company and client standards.
About the Role
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.Conduct monthly site audits and inspections, identifying and resolving any issues.Supervise site operatives, ensuring wellbeing, training, and performance are maintained.Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.Oversee the installation and maintenance of water-related plants, pipework, and associated control equipment.Manage H&S responsibilities on-site, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety checks.Maintain accurate records through EasyBOP, including inspections, reports, and timesheets.Ensure all tools, equipment, and PPE are properly maintained and used safely.
What We're Looking For
Proven industry and on-site experience, ideally within utilities or construction.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Sound knowledge of health and safety and CDM regulations.Relevant H&S training or certification preferred.
